Deposit
After visiting many dispay villages, seeing many different builders and their display homes, we have decided that we love the Metricon Newhaven.
Main thing that sets it apart in our minds in the Stair case that essentally runs parallel with the entry hallway, then over it, and the general sense space.
The small catch is that it is designed to fit on a 18 meter frontage block, and we only have 15m.
Standard Floor plan
Given the Newhaven is a flexable design I was able to move the garage to the front and turn it 90 degrees, to accomadiate my easement block, which looks a bit like a battle axe block but not.
Paid Deposit to Metricon to lock in the Early Bird Pricing of the Radiance Promo, $36,650 of upgrades.

Land offer
